The IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading IT project initiatives to streamline and enhance processes and technology, which will lead to improved business operations. What You’ll Do Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects to ensure deliverables are met by set deadline and within budgetsOrganize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional project teamsWork with project teams to develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocationsCoordinate resource planningTrack and report project progressMonitor established budget vs actual project spendMaintain change and risk logsCreate and maintain the project communications planApply change management and communication techniques to ensure effective organizational changesAnalyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvementWhat You’ll Bring Bachelor's degree with a minimum six years’ experience with project management, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceExperience as a Project Manager on IT projectsMust possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with individuals at any level of the organization as neededMust be self-motivated, a self-starter, and able to keep track of multiple activities at any given timeOrganized and proactive in maintaining project documentationWhat Sets Us Apart?
