In this role you will own the creation and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures, Schedules, Budgets (labor and non-labor) and ensuring assigned resources successfully deliver project deliverables. You will also partner with various business, technology and vendor stakeholders involved in the planning, analysis, technical design, development, testing and release management aspects of a project to ensure that project plans are complete, well-defined and managed to successful completion
 

Role Responsibilities

Lead all phases of a project, from Analysis & Design through Deployment, including business and system requirements, planning, scoping, scheduling, budgeting, development, testing, release planning and implementation. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans Prepare and publish project status reports and executive level presentations and dashboards covering the project portfolio Develop and maintain strong working relationships with project sponsors, business stakeholders, subject matter experts, technical leads, middle and senior management throughout the project Review project deliverables to ensure that they are complete and have secured the proper approvals Manage accruals and capital expenditures for IT investment projects Prepare and produce project portfolio resource planning reports targeted at identifying and resolving critical resource demands and cross-functional dependencies Develop, manage and maintain the detailed project plan and task assignments; establish and track target, commit and actual dates for phase end and critical milestone dates Responsible for proactively managing the risks and issues, and to establish contingency and risk mitigation plans that arise during a project Responsible for proactively documenting and managing project change requests per standards, and to identify impact to project scope, schedule and budget Strict adherence to established support and service management policies and procedures (i.e. incident, change, problem, SDLC, etc.) thereby ensuring all activities are fully documented for auditing and future support purposes Effectively communicate and continually manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required Ability to work some weekend and weeknight hours periodically for on-call support 5+ years of networking and/or IT infrastructure experience including requirements management, analysis and design required 5+ years of project management experience (full project life cycle management) related to business software or system integration projects (packaged and custom developed) required Must be proficient in Excel, Access, or other database utilities and other Microsoft technologies (Word, PowerPoint, Project). TFS, JIRA and MS CRM also preferred Demonstrated record of leadership, management, and technical success in Information Technology required Experience working in a business/IT capacity for a company with financial industry knowledge is a plus Project delivery success on collaborative efforts working with outside vendors and other business partners required Strong familiarity with project management and vendor management tools and techniques Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing to non-technical and technical clients

Salary

The annual gross base salary range is $105,000-$125,000 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
