We are seeking a talented and motivated IT Project Manager to join our growing team and contribute to exciting projects that push the boundaries of Technology.

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, experience with Jira, Monday.com and similar tools, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope..

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Utilize Jira for project tracking, reporting, and team collaboration; ensure teams are trained and utilizing Jira effectively. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including team members, clients, and upper management. Identify risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to address them proactively. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle, adhering to best practices and organizational standards. Support and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Project Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Jira and experience in Agile methodologies. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
