IT Project Manager
Indianapolis, Indiana or Reston, VA (hybrid working)
Rolls-Royce offers an excellent opportunity for an IT Project Manager within Group IT. The Engineering and Manufacturing Team is an IT delivery focused team supporting the needs of the engineering and manufacturing operations communities. In this role you will provide leadership to a delivery team consisting of subject matter experts, business analysts, business representatives and vendor resources to plan and execute the delivery of IT solutions.

Key Accountabilities:
Basic Requirements:
Associate’s degree in IT or Engineering and 7+ years of experience in IT or Engineering, ORBachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering and 5+ years of experience in IT or Engineering, ORMaster’s degree in IT or Engineering and 3+ years of experience in IT or Engineering, ORJD/PhD in IT or Engineering, OR9+ years of experience in IT or Engineering in lieu of a degreePMI certification or equivalentIn order to be eligible for consideration for this opportunity, you must be a U.S. CitizenPreferred Requirements:
Prior project management experience in both agile & waterfall deliveryManage engineering / manufacturing ITExperience leading and working in a global business environment and managing distributed teams (including vendors)Able to communicate at all levels and manage complex stakeholder networksCreate the new standard. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home or another remote location. It’s a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement.
