Overview POSITION SUMMARY The IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading the implementation of the Service Suite - Workforce Management solution. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and delivering a successful deployment of the system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT project management, particularly in implementing workforce management or similar enterprise solutions. Proficiency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is essential for effective communication with all stakeholders. The IT Project Manager is expected to multitask and diligently handle multiple projects competing for resources with competing timelines and objectives. This position is based Full-Time on site in Puerto Rico. Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - TASKS Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget. Ensure all project deliverables are met according to scope, time, and cost constraints. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment on project goals, deliverables, and timelines. Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, including IT, operations, HR, and external consultants. Foster a collaborative environment to achieve project objectives. Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues before they impact the project. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors involved in the implementation. Ensure that all contractual obligations are met and that vendors deliver on time and within budget. Communication: Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders. Facilitate meetings, status reports, and presentations to ensure all parties are informed of project progress. Quality Assurance: Oversee testing, quality assurance, and post-implementation support to ensure the system meets all functional and technical requirements. Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of the new workforce management system across the organization. Documentation: Ensure all project documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and user manuals, are complete and up to date. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Education: bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is preferred. 7+ years of experience in a IT Project Manager role. Strong expertise within the IT field. Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise software implementations, preferably in workforce management solutions. Experience with Service Suite - Workforce Management or similar systems is highly desirable. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar. Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification. Valid Driver's License. Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors. Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
