Role Accountability
The site IT Project Manager is accountable to work safely and deliver secure, reliable, and efficient digital solutions and IT services, aligned with corporate standards.
Essential Job Functions
Act as a Local and Global IT Project manager will have a proven track record of managing complex IT projects from inception to completion, a deep understanding of project management methodologies, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and strong leadership capabilities.
This position communicates clearly, openly, and frequently with the global site IT organization, regional site management and business leaders, his/her peer IT technology service groups – i.e. infrastructure, security, global applications, and data intelligence - and other corporate IT functions and outside groups. This position requires leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning and Management:
o Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
o Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
o Monitor and track project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
• Stakeholder Communication:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
o Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
o Facilitate project meetings and presentations to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Team Leadership:
o Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation.
o Foster a collaborative team environment and resolve conflicts as they arise.
o Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members.
• Risk and Issue Management:
o Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
o Proactively manage and resolve project issues, escalating as necessary.
o Ensure compliance with internal and external project management standards and regulations.
• Quality Assurance:
o Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
o Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and share lessons learned.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing setting is a plus.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or another relevant project management certification required.
• 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years in a senior project management role.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale IT projects with a significant impact on business operations.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a specific industry such as finance, healthcare, or technology.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and digital transformation initiatives.
