Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agile and waterfall project management methodologies and possess generalist IT domain knowledge to contribute to IT content decisions related to the projects. The projects will primarily focus on contact center IT, CRM customizations, and IT system integration.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelineCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverablesDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgetsIdentify and mitigate project risks and issuesCommunicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior managementEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standardsProvide technical expertise and guidance on IT content decisions related to the projectFoster a collaborative and productive team environment

QualificationsBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fieldProven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in contact center IT, CRM customization, and IT system integrationStrong understanding of agile and waterfall project management methodologiesExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFamiliarity with IT infrastructure, networking, and securityPMP, SCRUM, or other project management certifications are a plus
