Summary
The IT Project Manager is Responsible for managing multiple project plans associated with various business initiatives simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, and internal and external project team members and stakeholders are kept updated on project plan status. This position escalates issues demanding management attention, or any decisions needed by other project teams or team members, serves as primary conduit and facilitator of day-to-day communication between project team, related project teams, internal customers, partners and vendors providing objective examination and evaluation of project-related activities and develops and implements constructive resolutions to improve compliance, controls and efficiencies while balancing risk and cost.
Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform the following essential duties satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned to address business needs and changing business practices.
Meets with business line owners and subject matter experts to capture project management needs and clarify specific requirements of each project.Leads planning, scheduling, and supervision of assigned projects to ensure progress against the goals and objectives, prioritizing to meet deadlinesDevelops comprehensive project plans to be shared internally and externally with the project team, and serves as primary liaison between all teams involved and other supporting staff.Tracks, compiles, and coordinates project related updates; tracks project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.Professionally communicates scope, purpose, and conclusions, both verbally and in writing, and ensures decisions or changes that need to be made are documented, communicated, and escalated as necessary.Meets budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.Documents business systems and processes using narratives and/or flowcharting techniques.Analyzes information and evaluates results to solve problems and recommend solutions.Address ad-hoc issues related to projects.Qualifications

Experience with Azure DevOps and SmartSheet recommendedProfessional certification—including PMP, Agile, SCRUMWork Environment and Physical Requirements
