We are seeking a technically-sophisticated and solutions-focused IT Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in transitioning, delivering, and managing complex IT projects. This role requires a proactive leader who can inspire teams to address complicated issues within a supportive team culture.
Highlights of your role Develop and manage project scope, budget, and master schedule.Lead and direct cross-functional teams responsible for new product development and product improvement from concept to release.Facilitate core team and leadership review meetings.Ensure project tasks are owned and managed appropriately.Improve project efficiency while meeting company business goals.Communicate project deliverable status with key stakeholders.Coach and direct team members to ensure project success.Build and maintain both internal and external working relationships.Provide customer service to all stakeholders. Compensation $81,000 - $108,000 annually You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) Proven experience in IT project management.Strong communication and messaging skills.Ability to create a team environment culture.Experience with project management tools and methodologies.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Also want to make sure you have PMP certification or equivalent.Experience with cloud technologies and IT infrastructure.Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
