The Project Manager provides leadership and functional guideline in complex and high-risk Oracle projects and manage large teams involved in project execution.
Responsible for building and maintaining solid client relationships and ensuring financial results, deadlines and project quality. Responsible for analysis, design, and implementation of Oracle ERP modules & features following the Emerson Autosol Standard Designs and Implementation Methodology.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
In conjunction with the 3rd party implementation partner, works with division/site users to understand business requirements, matching those requirements against the standard design Provides functional mentorship to local IT structures and business management Manage projects Work with sites in order to plan projects (and estimated costs) Capture project requirements Build and maintain project plans Keep projects on target Report project progress Escalate project issues Coordinate the identification of resources needed to complete the project and act as a facilitator for their availability Coordinate communication between the different parties involved. Communicate and act in advance on deviations from the project Provide actions to achieve the project's expected revenue and profitability Inspire, guide and encourage the development of those involved, seeking high performance. Builds solutions that address business requirements Evaluate the overall performance of the project and ensure that the client's expectations are met or exceeded. Prepare documents and reports necessary for project management. Act for continuous improvement and cost reduction Develops and maintains documentation for standards and procedures Liaison between divisions/sites and technical groups, including 3rd party implementation partner and IT Shared ServicesWho You Are: You deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner. For This Role, You Will Need: At least 5 years of experience in Oracle projects and systems analysis Business-related experience Diversity of functional business experiences (i.e., Finance, Operations, Order Management) Experience with Oracle Applications - Implementation experience required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing Must be able to convey technical information in non-technical language
