Due to several large ongoing initiatives, Mölnlycke Health Care is looking for a driven Project Manager with extensive knowledge from both Business and IT deliveries. The position is divided into two areas: implementation and upgrade of the existing Warehouse and MES system and coordination of all business activities for the ongoing ERP upgrade in a highly complex environment.

Warehouse/MES system upgrade
Maintaining project plan together with supplier and IT experts. Manage resource utilization, budget and risk. Driving the solution deliveries together with known stakeholders and external supplier. Secure any needed project documentation, as agreed with business and IT. E.g. Cut Over plan, Requirements, Test plan.Czechia ERP coordination
Coordinating all local activities needed to secure the successful go-live of the SAP S/4HANA implementation Managing stakeholder, securing local timelines and interdependencies between functions and processes Being a main contact for global business partners, steering the overall timeline.
What You'll Bring:
A track record of IT Project Manager with extensive experience in successful software system implementations and system upgrades within manufacturing industry. Experience with Manufacturing and MES systems. PMP or Agile certification is a plus. Highly developed communication skills to properly understand, address and manage the flow of information between the in-house team and IT partners. Native level of Czech and fluent in English.
