Full management responsibility of a team, which may include management of people, budget and planning. **Responsibilities:** + Lead PMQC process, Risk and control Area. + Set up the processes for Quality Management and ensure teams adhere to the same, manage the toll gates as per Agile methodology + Manage Risk & Control for Ops Tech team + Manage Financial for Ops Tech team + Overall project governance from process perspective + Status reporting to senior management on regular frequency + Setting up the process for Quality Control and Assurance, liase with Agile champion to ensure Agile process adherence **Qualifications:** + 10+ years experience in a related technology role with commensurate people management experience + strong expertise in program management for end-to-end delivery of complex and midsize Transformation Programs + Very solid experience of Application and Services Transition project management. + Ability to handle Agile Transformation projects + Proven track record in leading and managing projects processes + Strong problem solving, analysis skills with very good leadership qualities + Experience in working agile and SDLC projects + Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to Senior stakeholders. + Experienced in Jira + Should be able to collaborate with multiple teams + Ability to learn new areas and implement it in the team **Education:** + Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
