Summary: We are looking for a talented IT Project Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will be in Davenport, Iowa or Des Moines, Iowa. We are in a hybrid office model, so you will need to go into the office a few days a week. We need someone who has worked on large enterprise projects over $5M.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Resource Management: Lead project teams by providing direction, input, and management to project staff and project resources.Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets; ensure financial objectives are met by forecasting requirements and monitoring expenditures.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and devise mitigation plans to ensure project objectives are met.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Performance Monitoring: Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
 

Qualifications:

Minimum of 8+ years in IT Project ManagementPrior experience in consulting and client facing communicationsProjects lasting 2-3 years or longer and more than $5M.Experience in Energy Market ApplicationsMust be experienced with Waterfall, Agile and Agile-Hybrid project methodology.Extensive, hands-on experience with OPC, ADO and MPP.Experience of Project Manager experienced aligned with PMO principlesExperience creating and managing burn down chart for development effort.Experience forecasting and tracking defect rate and velocity.Experience with recovery get to green plans for any schedule or resource impacts.Must be strong in creating and maintaining detailed project plans broken down into feature, epics and stories, with development, report configuration, data conversion, and interface work broken into points no larger than 40 hours.Able to quickly learn and utilize the business risk management methodology and scoring, and reporting templates.Experience with integrated project plans and dependencies with pitcher catcher milestones.
