As the IT Project Manager IV, the ability to resolve sophisticated problems, explain difficult issues and cultivate positive relationships are all important skills needed for this role. This role will also require extensive knowledge of the software development process and how to use business applications for a competitive advantage. We are looking for someone who can bring a new perspective on existing solutions to improve performance, efficiency and safety! In this role, you will lead IT diligence, transition, and integration efforts for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, collaborating with IT and business stakeholders and reporting to senior leadership. M&A projects require high trust and confidentiality with corporate strategic development, commercial, and new energy ventures teams, and you will lead other project managers and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities/Expectations: + Leads and coordinates a variety of sophisticated projects with significant impact to our organization + Understands business requirements, project risks and project lifecycle + Applies expertise and leadership skills to advise staff and to resolve issues + Measures and reports project performance to our leadership team + Cultivates relationship with our clients and company partners; mentors others + Collaborates with others on software development process, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control, modern testing methodologies and deployment management + Uses business applications for competitive advantage + Applies knowledge of business challenges to improve products, processes or services + Interprets internal/external customer needs, assesses requirements and identifies responses + Conducts detailed assessments of IT systems for potential acquisitions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify risks related to data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance + Develops and implements project plans for IT system compatibility and integration, ensuring seamless post-acquisition migration and data/system integration + Leads fast-paced projects, managing complex financials, equipment procurement, and installation activities to ensure successful project execution + Other duties as assigned Education/Years of Experience: + Required: Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field or engineering; minimum seven (7) years’ experience in project management with a minimum three (3) years’ experience in information technology or minimum eleven (11) years’ related business experience + Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Other Requirements: + Demonstrates strong organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills + Has developed conceptual and practical expertise in own field + Preferred: Experience leading the IT portion of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures + Preferred: Experience leading IT and OT system integrations + Skilled in managing ambiguity, strategic thinking, and instilling trust across project teams on confidential projects About Tulsa: Our corporate headquarters is located in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma, the 2nd largest city in Oklahoma and the 47th most populous in the U.S. Tulsa is known as the Mother of "The Mother Road" - Route 66, and boasts impressive art deco architecture, the #1 city park in the U.S. (The Gathering Place) and is a great venue for live music.
