ABOUT THE JOB:
Work in close collaboration with local and regional technical teams, stakeholders, and auditors to fulfill both internal and external requirements. Lead project planning sessions and manage various project elements, including bidding, scope, budget, quality, timeline, and resources, to ensure timely completion. Track project progress and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on schedule. Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend strategies to prevent or mitigate potential issues. Propose technical enhancements by identifying problems, analyzing trends, and anticipating future needs. Manage all project documentation, both incoming and outgoing. Foster strong relationships with local and regional teams and stakeholders.ABOUT YOU:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical fields, or equivalent experience in the IT industry. Over 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in large corporate settings. Proficient in English to facilitate collaboration among diverse international stakeholders. Hands-on experience in managing software development teams and other cross-functional teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience in identifying, evaluating, and documenting policies, processes, and controls.Benefits
