Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you! 

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Being a consultant at Amaris Consulting means positioning yourself as a technical and functional expert while acting as an ambassador of our organization to clients through:

Your interpersonal skills and ability to build trust-based relationships with stakeholders. Your curiosity and eagerness to learn, as we support over 1000 clients from various industries worldwide. Your missions Lead the Program Management Office (PMO), ensuring alignment with established methodologies. Work closely with the CCN Global Project Manager to support program execution. Manage and coordinate IT project activities, ensuring smooth implementation. Drive project governance and compliance with internal processes. Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables, ensuring successful outcomes. Provide expertise in budget management and financial planning (a plus). Collaborate with cross-functional teams and virtual teams globally. Ensure best practices in reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Your profile Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in IT. PMP or Prince2 certification (or equivalent) is a strong plus. Proven experience in project governance and program office support. Proficient in Excel and SharePoint; experience with ServiceNow (PPM module) is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related field. Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences. Experience working in a global environment and managing virtual teams.
