IT Project Support Officer – Systems Integration

Role Objective:

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a pivotal role in our Merger & Acquisition program. We’re looking for an IT Project Support Officer to ensure the seamless integration of Live Nation Venue IT systems into our corporate IT environment. This 6-month fixed-term project will focus on compliance with organizational standards while maintaining operational efficiency and security. Key Responsibilities: 

Conduct IT audits and documentation to assist in migration project planning.Collaborate with local, regional, and international IT teams to define project scope and execution plans.Support Active Directory migration, including domain consolidation, user account migration, and authentication troubleshooting.Facilitate the migration of shared file server data to SharePoint and Office 365 email systems, ensuring minimal disruption.Standardise workstations and security tools by deploying corporate-approved configurations, antivirus, and device management solutions.Provide technical support and guidance to end users before, during, and after migration activities.Work closely with venue representatives to ensure IT solutions align with operational needs.Maintain detailed project documentation, including migration plans, technical procedures, and user guides.Ensure smooth project execution by coordinating timelines, providing status updates, and escalating issues when needed.Assist in training and supporting end users post-migration to ensure a smooth transition.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

Technical Skills:

Degree or certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Microsoft/M365, Azure, CompTIA, ITIL preferred).5+ years of experience in IT end-user, desktop, application, cloud technologies, or infrastructure support in an enterprise environment.Expertise in Office 365, Active Directory, SharePoint, and MS Exchange/O365 integration.Proficiency in workstation imaging, standardisation, and security tool deployment.Experience with ITIL practices, project management tools (Asana), and enterprise security tools.
