The IT Project Manager is responsible for developing and managing complex projects to include developing and managing customer expectations, deliverables, schedules, time, and scope. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, creating project plans, communication plans, allocating tasks, and setting milestones. This project management position will require the candidate to have a PMP and obtain ITIL v4 certification shortly after hire. The candidate must have an active top secret clearance and be eligible for SCI read on at hire.
HOW AN IT PROJECT/TASK MANAGER MAKES AN IMPACT
Experience managing projects spanning network infrastructure install (OSP, ICDS, and IT Fitout) from inception through execution, testing, and transition to operations.
Maintains the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing solutions.
Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with internal teams, external organizations, and vendors.
Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
Maintains quality service by enforcing organization standards.
Contributes to team effort by assisting team members with accomplishing milestone deliverables.
Information Technology (IT) Project Manager Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Management, Technical Understanding, Analyzing Information, Informing Others, Staffing, Problem Solving, Data Center Management, Developing Budgets, Coordination, Strategic Planning, Quality Management.
Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned project. Supervises up 15 employees.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Education: BA/BS Degree with five-plus years of project management experience is desired.
Certification: PMP is required. ITIL v4 certification within 90 days of hire. Candidate must have a current 8750 IAT II certification at time of hire
Experience: Five plus years of technical experience
Security Clearance Required: The candidate must have a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility at time of hire

The likely salary range for this position is $110,500 - $149,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Total compensation for international positions varies by tax, social security, and immigration statuses, as well as location. Generally, an international assignment may include allowances, premium uplifts, and/or relocation or transportation benefits, above base salary range noted.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
