Location: 2727 N Central Ave, Phoenix, Arizona 85004 United States of America This internship will start February 3rd and will run for 10+ weeks. Job Description: This intern will monitor production processes for the mainframe development team in order to identify QC (Quality Control) issues in the near term. They will be trained in order to learn basic QC monitoring tasks. However, the intern will be encouraged to add to those tasks as they find appropriate opportunities to expand their role. In a typical day, they will be reviewing key reports and files, looking for obvious problems or unusual trends. Excel will be used for logging results and performing analysis. This internship will start February 3rd and will run for 10+ weeks. Skills/Required Qualifications: + Can be a high school or college student with no special educational requirements. + Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills. + Previous Excel experience is a plus, but not required.
