IT Quality Leader 

 

As an IT Quality Leader, you ensure that the organization's internal control system (ICS) over financial reporting meets the necessary standards and sufficiently covers the risks. This includes processing SOC reports from suppliers, summarizing key issues and findings from these reports, and collaborating with system owners to track and manage remediation activities based on the SOC report findings. Additionally, you coordinate General Information System Controls (GISC) operations across the entire ecosystem, organize monitoring and quality assurance, and continuously drive simplification while maintaining effectiveness to ensure that all operations align with regulatory and compliance requirements.

 

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:Process SOC (Service Organization Controls) reports from suppliers and ensure completeness and accuracy based on a checklist;Summarize key issues and findings from SOC reports, identifying areas of concern and opportunities for improvement;Collaborate with system owners to track and manage remediation activities based on SOC report findings;Engage with audit teams and stakeholders to address queries or requests related to audit scoping and remediation activities;Deliver process and control information for audit scoping to auditors, ensuring comprehensive coverage of relevant areas;Implement GISC compliance for IT systems in GISC scope and guide Product Owners through the process;Maintain Global GISC Sharepoint / Teams Channel / Viva Engage Channel and publish all available Governance and Guidance;Ensure the delivery of performance evidence for ICS controls, maintaining documentation and evidence to demonstrate compliance and effective control performance.Who You Are - Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Medical, Pharmaceutical, Natural Science, or IT;Professional experience (3-5 years) in Quality, Governance and Risk Management, or Financial Accounting;Advanced Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint);Intermediate knowledge and experience in using digital collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage);GRC system knowledge;SAP knowledge;Basic ServiceNow knowledge;Familiarity with Audit, Risk Management, or Financial Accounting.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in conducting training, leading teleconferences in an international context, and creating project plans/schedules;Passion for quality & compliance, technology, and global collaboration;Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and completeness in documentation and work results;Willingness to learn and extend skills and knowledge;Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional project teams across diverse cultures and geographies;Comfortable working with lower/middle management;Motivated to share knowledge and train colleagues;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate metrics and identify and prioritize compliance issues.
