As an Intern in our Future IT Leaders program you will be\nfully integrated into day-to-day operations of a team focused on the area of IT\nthat aligns with your knowledge, skills, interests, goals, and overall career\nobjectives. You will be working assignments with real business impact, learning\nhow to leverage contemporary technologies to attain business results, gaining\nrelevant work experience, interacting with multiple IT stakeholders including\nIT leadership, and building your knowledge of how to be successful in\nHoneywell’s complex work environment.

Additionally, you will join our community\nof diverse, early-career, IT professionals and former interns who will share\ntheir experiences, offer guidance, and provide mentorship throughout the\nsummer. Interns gain a variety of skills and experience by working on\nindividual assignments and one group project. During the group project, interns\nwill collaborate on a project to be presented to leadership at the end of the\nsummer. In addition to the projects, the internship will provide ample\nopportunities for networking, professional development, skill building, and\nfun!

Position Overview:

Meet with decision makers, system owners, and end-users\nto define business requirements.Conduct research on software products and solutions to make quality IT\nrecommendations.·Participate in design sessions, prototyping solutions for enhancing IT\nbusiness processes.

You Must Have:

Pursuing a Bachelor’s or  Recent Graduate  in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science/ Analytics, StatisticsUser Experience Design, or a similar field of studyEnglish proficiency.Must attain a bachelor’s degree between December 2025 and June 2026RFCAvailability to cover a full time schedule Monday through Friday.
