Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. This role requires a dynamic individual who will perform both professional and technical recruiting activities, ensuring a seamless hiring process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing tracking processes, maintaining educational institution relations, and coordinating various recruitment activities to maintain consistency with corporate recruitment policies.
ResponsibilitiesPerform professional/technical and non-technical recruiting activities, including identifying, negotiating, and providing accurate job descriptions to search firms, interacting with candidates, organizing interviews, and extending job offers.Develop tracking and applicant flow processes.Interact with search firms and employment agencies, and place advertisements in appropriate newspapers, trade journals, and other publications.Maintain college and high school relations by coordinating activities to ensure optimal exposure and recognition.Coordinate employment/recruitment activities with the area human resource officer to ensure consistency in interpreting corporate recruitment policies.Provide daily advice and interpretation to managers, supervisors, and outside applicants to ensure fair administration of federal, state, and corporate policies.Meet attendance requirements and work extended hours as needed.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent work experience.2+ years of experience in exempt and non-exempt staffing.Experience in IT recruiting and human resources.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Work Environment
This position operates on a Monday through Friday schedule, from 8 AM to 5 PM. The role is onsite during the training period, transitioning to a hybrid model with three days in the office and two days remote once training is complete.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
