Our office is located in Krakow, Aleja Pokoju 18. We consider candidates who are in Krakow and can attend our office 3 times per week.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and guiding top tech talent through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and help build high-performing engineering, product, and IT teams.

Requirements: 
 

3+ of proven experience as a technical or IT recruiter (in-house or agency)Fluent EnglishFamiliarity with technical roles and terminology (e.g., FE, BE, PM, DevOps etc)Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, etc.)Strong communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environmentA results-driven and a team player attitudeBachelor's degreeTechnical background as a big plus 


Responsibilities: 
 

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective hiring strategiesSource candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, etc.)Conduct HR interviews and evaluate technical and cultural fitCoordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless process for candidates and interviewersMaintain candidate pipelines and track progress using an ATSEnsure a positive and engaging candidate experience at every stageCommunicate effectively with candidatesStay updated on tech industry trends and hiring best practices
