IT Regional Manager

Responsibilities include managing all aspects of the I.T. SolutionCenter.  Additional duties include working with the Department Director to investigate and recommend options regarding the strategic direction of the department and/or organization, then taking on the tactical delivery of new initiatives. Annual review of performance is based on the delivery of previously determined departmental and personal goals. Assure all Department policies and procedures are understood and adhered to by Solutions Center Team Members. Administrate duties related to staffing requirements include the hiring, managing, scheduling, training, testing, reviewing, dispensing disciplinary action, and termination of direct reports, i.e., Supervisors and/or Analysts. Oversee the execution of all support related functions, including: the design, implementation, maintenance, and documentation of all Solution Center’s standards, policies and procedures relating to problem diagnostics and resolution; activity/recording/trending analysis; maximizing productivity; enforcing quality service standards; and building a positive work environment. Oversee the support of all SolutionCenter operational functions, including: maintenance and documentation of all system operations’ standards, policies, and procedures relating to hardware and software protection, data accessibility, confidentiality protection, and information/system availability.  Also, maximizing staff productivity, enforcing quality performance standards and building a positive work environment. Construct a training curriculum, equipping Team Members to increase proficiency, productivity, and service.

 

 

Qualifications: 

BS Degree in Computer related field or equivalent work experience. Minimum two (2) years AS/400 operational experience. Minimum two (2) years AS/400 application support and implementation experience, preferably in products utilized in Station Casinos’ environment. Minimum three (3) years experience managing or supervising other individuals. Promotes opportunities to acknowledge success building recognition at both the individual and team level. Must have a valid Nevada Drivers License. Must be able to work at different location and provide own transportation. Experience in constructing formal project presentations for executive consideration.
