Role mission

We are seeking a skilled Techno-Functional IT Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical aptitude and business acumen to facilitate communication between our technical team and business stakeholders. This role requires the ability to understand complex technical solutions and translate them into business requirements and vice versa.

Main responsibilities

·  Subject matter expert for commissions processing, incentive compensations using Xactly Incent.

·  Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams and vice versa.

·  Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and recommend technical solutions.

·  Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

·  Research and keep updated on Xactly and communicate trends and future needs to leadership.
