The Enterprise Operations & Technology (EO&T) Risk Governance Team provides risk management support to the EO&T division at Freddie Mac. We work closely with all three lines of defense, and business partners on a series of risk governance and reduction activities. You will support development and reporting of enterprise risk profiles managed by EO&T and use expertise to support leadership with our top priorities. Our Impact:Partner with our IT Collaborators to maintain enterprise risk profiles within EO&T (i.e. technology risk, cyber risk, resiliency risk and data risk).Partner with EO&T leadership and Second Line risk teams to refine and improve strategies for reporting divisional risk.Your Impact:Support maintenance of enterprise risk profiles within EO&T (i.e. technology risk, cyber risk, resiliency risk and data risk).Maintain inventory of metrics for technology risk.Support ad hoc requests from leadership.

Qualifications:3-5 years of operational risk management related professional experience including risk, control, and policy and standard compliance. Experience in Information Technology or Information Security is preferredAbility to effectively collaborate with upstream and downstream risk and controls stakeholders and influence outcomesProficiency with MS PowerPoint and ExcelProficiency with project managementAbility of understanding root cause of issues, gaps, and issue resolutionKeys to Success in this Role:Detail orientated and result driven with a sense of urgencyExcellent written, verbal communication and presentation skillsAbility to multi-taskingKnowing what is needed to deliver resultsIntellectual agility and interpersonal flexibilityInnovative and analytical in a problem-solving environmentCommitted, consistent, collaborative, and curious

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $87,000 - $131,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
