The IT RSC Support Analyst position is responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support of the RSC TMs at the RSC including Executive Team and remote/field. This position will also assist with duties related to our asset management function such as shipping, tracking, and receiving equipment.
Essential Functions of the Job
Provide technical support for TMs at the RSC and remote/field. Support PC, Macs, Zoom Rooms, Copier/Printers. Monitor the IT ticket incident management system to ensure timely acknowledgment of technology support requests. Prioritizes ticket requests and distributes/escalates requests to appropriate IT team member. Image new laptops and Macs to ensure readiness for onboarding new TM’s. Reimage and prepare returned laptops and Macs to extend asset lifecycle. 60%
Maintain and order equipment, keep up with inventory and IT storage. Follow up with locations to confirm return of equipment has been completed. Provide assistance and information to facilitate returns of equipment. 15%
Create and maintain documentation for procedures and problem resolution. 15%
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned. 10%
Qualifications and Competencies
Minimum Experience &
Education
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in IT Support role preferred
• ITIL Foundations Certification preferred
• Intune experience preferred
• 1-2 years system configuration management experience preferred
• 1-2 years asset management experience preferred
• ServiceNow experience preferred
