As the IT Sales and Analytics Manager, your role will involve overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the IT Sales and Marketing, Data and Business Analytic and B2B portal services. You will be managing a team of IT professionals and third-party consultants to ensure the system meets business requirements and to provide seamless service delivery. You will be instrumental in optimizing business processes and improving operational efficiency.

Work Experience & Education:

Background​​​​​​​Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field10+ years of experience in IT, of which 5+ years in people management roleExperience in Logistic/Freight Forwarding industry is a plusGeneral CompetenciesIT Project/Program Management (Practical experiences of SCRUM/PMP applications)IT Service Management (ITIL foundation mandatory; Advanced level is a plus)Process Improvement techniques (Process mapping, Kaizen/Rapid Improvement Blitz, Visual Management is a plus)Technical Domain CompetenciesExceptional experiences and demonstratable skills inCRM (SugarCRM, Salesforce, etc.), Rate & Quotation Management Systems (design, build and run)BI Dashboard design and development (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik)Business Portal/Website project/enhancement deliveryPractical working knowledge of:Data warehouseEDI/APIERP, TMS (Cargowise)

Salary Range:

$150,000-$170,000 annually based on education and experience level
