CentiMark Corporation has an exceptional opportunity for an additional entry-level IT SAP Support Representative in our IT Department in Canonsburg, PA. We are looking for an individual that is energetic to help support internal users for our fast-paced, multi-faceted commercial company.

Year- end compensation for this position is between $35k - $45k.

 
Job Summary:

Provide entry level software support for SAP standard and custom applicationsDeliver end-user support for employees via email, phone, virtual and in personCommunicate with SAP team to escalate issues at a technical levelCollaborate with non-SAP IT departments to research, test and resolve issuesMonitor ticket backlog.Develop technical and user documentation Please note that this position will not include developing code

Candidate Qualifications:Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in an IT related field is highly preferredPrevious IT customer support experience is highly preferredStrong communication skills for both non-technical and technical users are essentialAbility to write technical and non-technical documentationExcellent time management and follow-up skills are requiredAbility to unit test applications to validate business logic and data integrityExperience using G-Suite is preferredLocal candidates in the Pittsburgh area – No relocation assistance will be providedNo remote work – this position will be an in-office role
