This position will be responsible for addressing technology related issues from our internal customers. The IT Security Administrator III will be responsible for installing, supporting and maintaining the operation of the security hardware, all peripherals and applications for all end users in the corporate office and remotely for all stores. This senior position will have a strong influence in the security design and will also be responsible for executing several projects of varying sizes, vendor management and procurement.
Essential Job Functions:
Provide IT Security support with ongoing business or IT projects resulting in secure network and application ecosystem for the store and corporate business users. Proactively monitor the Fleet Farm IT Security systems for optimal performance, as well lead or assist in resolution of discovered opportunities. Assist team working through IT Security assigned trouble tickets. Perform day-to-day IT Security tasks such as: NGFW administration as well contribute to the ongoing advancement of those systems. Administration of our Cisco Network Admission Control (NAC) as well contribute to the ongoing advancement of that system. Administration of Cisco Umbrella and SIG as well contribute to ongoing advancement of these systems. Assist with reporting of IT Security vulnerabilities to respective fix agents within the company. Analyze security scan results, determine action items to reduce IT security risks to the business. Perform other IT Security related tasks as assigned by the IT Leadership Team. Maintain a clear understanding of Fleet Farm goals and practice proper policies and procedures. Contribute to ongoing improvements on existing IT Security policies, procedures and standards.An Ideal Candidate:

Memorial Dr. Appleton, WI - Store Support Center location.This is not a “novice or beginner role”. We will be looking at applicants that have an Infrastructure Security or Cyber Security background from prior working roles. Applicants must be able to demonstrate success in prior IT Security related projects.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or equivalent education required. Experience and training may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. Must be a seasoned IT professional with at least 3 years of experience working in an IT Security role. Extended working experience with firewalls (such as Palo Alto, Cisco FTD/ASA, Checkpoint) required. Experience working with Endpoint Security products (such as CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Carbon Black, Microsoft Advanced Threat Protection) a plus. Experience working with Email Security Gateway products (such as SpamTitan, Proofpoint, Abnormal, Mimecast) a plus. Cisco Network routing and switching experience is a plus. Cisco certification is a plus Experience working in an IT environment requiring PCI compliance is a plus. Experience working with Active Directory a plus. Security experience administrating Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is a plus.
