Your Key Responsibilities Working together with international colleagues in our global Internet Security team with focus on the Secure Web Gateway  Maintaining and further development of security configurations to increase the web protection  Implementation of modern web protection mechanisms like CASB or DLP  Optimization of our daily business activities with automation and scripts  Support of users in case of issues with our tools and services (incident & problem management)  Working with modern collaboration tools like JIRA or Confluence for documentation of our solutions.  Collaboration with other IT teams and departments in context of operational activities and project work.  Your Qualifications Completed vocational training or study of information technology or alternative experience of several years within the IT security.  Perennial experience with administration of a Secure Web Gateway and other IT security systems like Firewalls in a big enterprise environment.  Very good understanding of the http protocol, internet access and modern protection mechanism  Very good understanding of network topologies and protocols  Good understanding of complex access policy structures and configurations  Knowledge and experience with automation and development of scripts based on APIs  Knowledge and experience with modern authentication (e.g. SAML) and Microsoft EntraID  Working gladly in a international team with a distinct feeling for communications  Pronounced contact strength as well as conflict management  Understanding agile principles for structured work like Kanban or Scrum.
