About the team

The FIS Cyber Threat Intel team is a group of skilled professionals that identify the latest threats through research, information sharing within similar business organizations, vendors, and threat agent behavior learning. The team monitors insider and external threat agents to enable various FIS security groups to take preventive measures against future threats that are likely to attack – and prioritize the risk mitigation efforts across the FIS security infrastructure.  We work multiple cyber defense areas to accomplish this, providing an opportunity to learn new skills

What you will be doing:

Manage internal and external sources of intelligence, review threat reports/feeds, and digest threat information into actionable cyber threat intelligence reportingHelp manage the threat intelligence platform (TIP) and integration with other cyber security toolsMaintain and development primary intel requirements (PIRs) with strategic stakeholdersOptimizing threat models and MITRE ATT&CK mapping to ensure threat countermeasures are availableAssist Cyber Threat Hunting team with looking for emerging threats on networkAssist with Incident Response investigations, as neededGuide and mentor junior CTI analysts with digesting and reporting cyber threat intel

What you bring:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills3+ years of cybersecurity experience1+ years’ experience working in Cyber Threat Intelligence collecting intelligence requirements and applying intelligence cycle principles to cyber threat analysisKnowledge of MITRE ATT&CKA bachelor's in computer science or a related field, or the equivalent experience.
