The IT Security organization bears the broad responsibilities of delivering information security, practice governance & assurance, and data loss prevention throughout the TJX enterprise.  Our worldwide team applies expertise and deep business understanding to ensure confidence for all company associates, investors, and customers. 

   

What you’ll do 

 

As a Security Analyst IV you demonstrate deep knowledge & experience designing and implementing Identity and Access Management solutions that protect TJX while enabling the business with the right access. You will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design an approach that meets IAM standards. Analyst at this level can lead assigned features and deliver on assigned features. You will be mentoring junior analyst and work with product owner in prioritizing stories. 

  

What you’ll need 

 

We seek creative, security-minded professionals to provide hands-on talent and social expertise in protecting TJX and its assets.  You'll work with engineers, business programs, and other security professionals to adapt and improve our security posture in applications, infrastructure, and cloud modernization efforts. 

  

Successful candidates will have: 

 

10+ years deomnostrated experience  in IT Security. 

Strong knowledge in Identity and Access Management technologies. 

Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Active Directory, and Entra is required. 

Experience in implementing and supporting SailPoint Life Cycle Management and Access Governance.  

Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents/user stories. 

Knowledge on IAM concepts such as identity management, provisioning, authentication, authorization, certification/governance, monitoring, role mining along with experience in security best practices. 

Ability to provide guidance and leadership to peers and junior team members for designated technologies and processes. 

Partner with architecture, managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, create solutions, and deliver technology that meets the need of the organization. 

Experience in writing automation scripts using HP Unified Functional tester (UFT) tool in Visual Basic (VB Script) or Selenium Java as needed.  

   Preferred Qualifications 

Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies. 

Experience in data migration testing, SQL, and API testing. 

Experience in working in Zephyr. 

Document Test Automation framework architecture and design test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standard and achieve level of automation possible. 

Build and Automation of the stabilized release functionalities of the applications to maintain the regression, End to end and smoke test automation suite. 

 

This position has a starting salary range of $122,400 to $159,100 per year.

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
