Overview The Information Security Specialist is responsible for monitoring & maintaining the layered security capabilities within our infrastructure and application. They should have a passion for systems, networks, and security work. This position will focus on the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) elements of the information security program while assisting with operational information security tasks and system administration. Responsibilities Assist in the execution of the Cyber TPRM program, including: Intake and processing Status reporting to stake holders System administration of the Cyber TPRM tool Assist in the execution of the IT General Control function, including: Performance of controls owned by Information Security Stewardship of the SOX evidence repository Processing of SOX requests Special projects as necessary, such as process mapping and scoping analysis Assist in execution of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) function, including: Coordinating the annual policy review Stewardship of the policy and standards repository Act as system administrator for password management tool Process information security tickets Act as scribe for incidence response events when assigned Other tasks as assigned Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience. - 1-3 years’ experience in IT Security, Networking or System Administration - Industry certifications: Security+, CISSP, CISA, Azure, or equivalent desired - Growth Behaviors/Competencies – Problem Solving & Decision Quality
