Excellent understanding on Oracle Access Manager Architecture
Hands on experience in installing & configuring Oracle Access Manager and its components
Excellent knowledge on Identity & Access Management Domain
Good in Customer orientation by understanding the Requirement gathering and interpret nicely to the team.
Work with vendors to build, configure IAM solutions that meet the business needs of the enterprise and are aligned and consistent with enterprise IT strategies and plans.

Technical Skills:-
Excellent knowledge on IDAM space;
Excellent working knowledge on Oracle Access Manager 11g R2 PS3,  OIM, OVD, OHS, IIS, WebLogic Web servers and Web gates, LDAP
Excellent working knowledge on Java, JEE stack with Eclipse IDE, Web services
Good Working Knowledge on SoapUI,
Knowledge on RSA Multifactor Authentication.

The activity would involve upgrading current OAM PS2 to PS3 as per Oracle recommendations. The person should have strong knowledge on OAM architecture and Unix/Linux handson with strong communication skills.
