Must Have Skills:Expertise on North American payroll functional business processes and regulatory requirements in US.Candidate should be proficient in all the delivered payroll processes and reports (includes Pre and Post payroll processes)At least 4 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll including HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, PBL.Nice to have skills:At least 8 years of experience in software development life cycle.Communication and Analytical skillsDetailed Job Description:Need to interface with key stakeholders and apply your knowledge of HCM Cloud payrollWill be responsible for implementing the payroll module for USwill be responsible for successfully configuring and executing multiple payrolls accurately, perform system integration testing and parallel runsWill need to be proficient in the payroll activities and regulatory requirements for USIn addition, will be responsible for maintaining employee payroll data, administer garnishments and maintain the integrity.Minimum years of experience: 5+
