Strong IDAM experience Minimum of 5 years experience. Experienced in production support  Should have customer and team coordination skills Should have good understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts Required extensive troubleshooting experience to provide L3 Support. Worked Extensively on Identity access management with Audit and Examinations, Identity Management, Multifactor Authentication, Single Sign on Services,  Support MFA access for both End Users and administrators in accordance with client security policy to prevent unauthorized access
