Detailed Job Description:

As an Advanced Developer, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the development lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in ensuring design, build and implementation of work product; participate in requirements elicitation, validation of architecture, creation and review of design. You will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value - adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. 4 to 6 years of experience with IT majorly into Service Now Platform and ITIL implementations. Deep Knowledge of Service Now Platform, Service Now Administration, Workflows, UI Scripts, Business Rules, Service Portal, Web Services, Custom Apps, and Glide Scripting. Experience in Service Now: Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, Demand Management, Major Incident Management, CMDB and Problem Management. Experience working with Angular, Mid Servers, Java Script, JQuery Experience in Service Now Implementation and completed at least 2 Service Now Implementations Service Now Admin Certification, Service Now Developer Certifications - good to have Basic Scripting and debugging experience in Service Now environments – good to have Experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment Good Analytical and Communication skills The job entails direct communication with customer’s business group and timely delivery to customer. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
