8+ years of experience in leading and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail support project Experience of D365 Commerce / AX 20212 Retail implementations and support Experience of rollouts, deployments, upgrade Experience of code / fix push to EMPOS Experience of setting up new stores, store migrations Experience of SLA based support Experience of configuration and troubleshooting of POS setup that includes printers, customer display, scanners, hardware station, MPOS Experience of working on incident management tools like ServiceNow Good exposure to Finance SCM domains and industry knowledge Flexible with work hours Work with offshore team in India and guide them with issue resolution Ability to manage requirements/scope and risks appropriately Ability to identify risks, issues, find solution and plan/manage them Good at client interactions, able to set manage stakeholder expectation Good presentation and communication skills Good experience of working in multi-vendor environment Should be okay with Onsite-Offshore Global Delivery Model Travel as needed
