Detailed Job Description:

Must have overall 6 years of experience in Procurement technologies SAP, Ariba, Coupa, GEP etc. Candidate must have a minimum 3 years of hands on working experience Coupa. Must have experience in configuring Coupa, user set up, approval workflow design, punch out set up etc Must have worked in Coupa BSM modules such as Procure, Invoice, pay, sourcing, contract, Supplier mgmt., Account Payable, Analytics, Expense management, integration with major ERP s Coupa SIM module experience. Deep understanding of Source to Pay process. Previous experience in implementing at least one end to end Coupa implementation project. Previously worked as Coupa admin / supported Coupa for medium to large clients. Previous experience worked in fast paced companies, Agile / scrum methodology. Excellent Communication skills and interpersonal skills. Coordinate with business and development team. Candidate must be able to work independently on complex configurations. Proficient in developing various project documents. Passionate, quick learner, Team first mindset. Ability to work with minimum supervision, self-starter.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop technical requirements for To-Be business processes Write functional and technical design document Understanding the requirements by working with product owner & project team. Perform requirement Analysis & define Solution for identified requirements. Customize and Configure Coupa application as per business requirements Develop and execute test plans and test software configurations Deploy solution in various environments Provide training, demo & product walkthrough to client s key and end users

Other Skills:

Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java and C++ Deep knowledge of Java programming and related technologies Experience in JSON, XML, XML parsers, and XSL Experience in ETL, Master Data Load and Data Handling (Extraction/Transformation/ Manipulation) Experience working with Oracle, DB2 and SQL Server databases
