Strong Knowledge of SOX processes and Compliance Strong understanding of Key Finance Treasury processes and the risks controls associated with it. Strong experience in Risks and Control assessment for Finance Treasury process Ability to Identify and Define Risks and Segregation of Duties SODs in Finance Treasury process. Deep understanding of Cash flow management, Payments process etc. Be able to identify gaps from SOX requirements perspective
