Detailed Job Description:

Should have thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs. Participate in managing a complex landscape consisting of dedicated Global and Regional SAP systems Should be able to Monitor and maintain SAP systems environments for optimum performance and be proactive in identifying potential problems (environments include Sandbox, Development, QA and Production). Perform core Basis functions (e.g., corrections, support packs, kernels, transports) Should be able to analyzing the impact of the proposed technical solutions. Assist in creating and modifying strategies, resolve problems and document issues and resolutions Should have strong understanding of all phases of systems implementation and the software development life cycle Ability to communicate technical issues, plans and solutions from both a business perspective and a technical perspective providing pros and cons for recommended solutions Understanding methodologies and their interaction with other business processes/applications Experience of working with global delivery models including offshore and multi-cultural teams Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team
