BY resource with more than 7 years of experience on Demand and Fulfillment with strong Oracle PL SQL skills, who should be able work batch support, enhancements and business support. It is very important that the candidate has good communication and client management skills. BY/JDA SCPO Techno functional support for Demand and Fulfillment modules Nature of the work includes Business Support, Enhancements, Batch Support, Applications Support, Support for infra changes. CRs, PBIs, Incidents, SRs. Should be able understand and follow client business process.
