Detailed Job Description:

The customer is planning for Manhattan SCOPE implementation at one of their DCs by end of the year. This requirement is for providing implementation support and testing needed for the DC and other monitoring reporting tasks needed for the current SCALE DC until end of the year. From January 2018, this project will move into AMS onshore Offshore Support model for supporting the new SCOPE DC.

Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

Should be good in periodic status reporting to the client and to Confidential. Responsible for implementation testing, coordinating and owning cutover tasks and take end to end ownership on implementation. Responsible for Incident Management, Resolution of the Incidents, Workarounds, Minor Enhancements
