Managing and owning Technical Deliverables for a project Coordinating the efforts between cross functional & application teams Identify & manage technical dependencies and risk to the project Preparation plan for Go-Live and cutover activities Lead the progress of complete week deliverables for all related teams and present the progress to all client stakeholders on weekly basis Project deliverables schedule adherence and follow ups to meet SLA’s
