Detailed Job Description:

Forming a virtual team and running crisis meetings, as required, to provide a focal point to drive incident resolution and service restoration. Obtaining a detailed understanding of the incident and its implications. Ensuring that key recovery actions are properly approved, where required e.g. actions that may have business implications or cause more disruption. Ensuring that the recovery priorities are consistent with business requirements in consultation with the relevant Business Heads
