Detailed Job Description:

At least 5 years of experience in understanding healthcare Insurance business domain. Requirement Gathering, Design, Solution, Business discussion. Documentation of business requirements and translating into functional specifications. Creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Process flows, Activity Diagrams, Use Cases, and User Stories with Acceptance Criteria. Converting high-level requirements into clear and concise User stories. Experience in conducting requirements walkthroughs with various stakeholders including business owners, technology architects, developers, QA team. At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle (Requirement Analysis, Design) Expert in end to end-functional understanding. Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability. Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions Client Interfacing skills and Team management Defining Business problem statement and take it to resolution by leveraging Technical team

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology
