About the Role

Provide support to technical lead with the strive to driving technology direction and solution delivery within a business domain.Roles and Responsibilities:
Work closely and liaise with Business Analyst to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Create efficient and high-quality application modules that improve functionality.
Provide expertise in troubleshooting applications related issues.
Regularly evaluate and improve our applications systems based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
Provide technical advice on project specifications, documentation, scope, schedule, cost, quality, and measure of success.
Explore new technology and introduce innovative solutions to uplift operational efficiency.
Collaborate with vendors, suppliers and company personnel on IT and related procurement.
Resolve sophisticated operational issues in a diverse enterprise environment, involving multiple services across Azure cloud, on-premises infrastructure, and external applications.
Build and develop highly scalable data platforms, automated data ingestion processes, and integration pipelines.
Utilize data management technologies for tasks such as data ingestion, data quality assurance, data security, data lineage, data cataloging, and master data management.
Work with various data storage solutions, including Data Lakes, relational databases, and NoSQL databases.
Participate in Project implementation, deployment, and post deployment.
Active directory management, NTFS security, disk quota management, printer server management.
Provide supports over the validations and justifications of user requirements.  
Hands-on experience in BI implementation and data warehouse related projects
Lead junior support to deliver the best solution and support.

Minimum Job Requirements:
IT related Bachelor's degree or above, with 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience.
Proven skills on Java, Javascript, MySQL/MongoDB/SQL databases, AD (create and maintain user roles, assign privileges and backup), Cloud computing (Azure) (configuration, security, storage, backup, and disaster recovery)
Knowledge on Windows Server, Network, Security administration.
Experience on Python, .net framework, VBA/VBScript is a plus.
Ensure Server, Network and System access security on a day-to-day basis. Application of Windows Patches on a Monthly Schedule and ensuring Server stability after deployment.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual with good command of spoken and written in English and Mandarin
Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, good technical troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
