My Client is seeking an experienced and proactive IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee key UK accounts, ensuring exceptional IT service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a technically minded professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at relationship management, and is committed to driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Oversee IT service delivery, monitoring SLAs and KPIs to maintain quality standards. Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex service challenges. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience in IT service delivery management, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong understanding of ITIL and IT service management principles.
