Delivery Manager – IT Service Delivery (18+ Years Experience)
We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Manager with 18+ years in IT service delivery. This role involves end-to-end service management, including resource onboarding, people leadership, financial oversight, client reporting, service improvement, SLA compliance, and transition management.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Client Management
Ensure seamless IT service delivery, meeting SLAs and exceeding client expectations. Drive service improvements and implement best practices. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure transparent reporting.People & Resource Management
Oversee onboarding, performance management, and professional development of the team. Foster a high-performing work environment and ensure resource optimization.Financial Oversight
Manage budgets, cost control, forecasting, and profitability. Identify and implement cost optimization strategies.Transition Management
Lead service transitions and handovers to ensure minimal disruption. Align transition processes with business and client needs.IT Infrastructure & Cloud
Basic to mid-level understanding of cloud, networking, and infrastructure services. Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.Required Qualifications
18+ years in IT service delivery, including leadership roles. Strong knowledge of ITIL, SLA management, financial planning, and cost control. Proven expertise in client engagement, stakeholder management, and service transformation. Experience with cloud infrastructure is a plus. ITIL, PMP, or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
